Projects
From restoration to creation – below are but a few of the projects undertaken by Raider Motorsport, including some of our exclusive Raider Retro models. Raider Retro’s are our own creations, hand-built classic reproduction bikes from motorcycling’s glory days – Bobber, Flat-Track, and the iconic Cafe Racer. You can also see many more projects and more detailed photos on our Facebook page, just click on the Facebook logo to the right of this page.

The Huntmaster is our first vintage retro and it's been a great build that's resulted in something very unusual, and stunningly fresh. Enjoy the build pics.

As much as we love building our Raider Retro's, there's something uniquely satisfying in returning a classic from the grave. This 82 Hailwood had spent the better part of its life alone, sitting idle in a Japanese basement. It can now be seen blasting around Narrabri NSW, Australia.

This was the first MHR we'd bought from Japan and in the pics it didn't look all that bad. However, as you'll see looks can be deceiving, but there's no-way we're sorry for the purchase.

This bike enjoyed a successful history in the 2001 & 2002 Formula Xtreme Championship, including a win at the famous Phillip Island circuit. In 02 it dominated the BEARS Championship. In 2007 was dragged out to do a farewell meet at Sydney's Oran Park, which ended somewhat unceremoniously into the kitty litter at turn 1. A highside at 200kph doesn't do much for the aesthetics and so it was decided to give the old girl a serious birthday and at the same time create a rather nice bit of street kit.
